Frequently Asked Questions about The Phantom Backpack
As we get more sales on the DBP-100U Phantom backpack, we also received more inquiries and questions about the backpack. Some questions are about the demo video in the last post. In this post, I'll address some of the frequently asked questions.
Q: Does the backpack fit P4, P4P and other P4 models?
A: Absolutely, the lower compartment is designed to hold all phantom models. There's a belt with buckle to fix the drone and accommodate for size differences.
Q: Can the backpack hold laptops?
A: The back pocket can fit laptops under 12 by 10 inch. The 12 inch MacBook, for example, can be inserted into the back pocket.
Q: Can the backpack fit the 9.7 inch iPad?
A: Yes. As shown in the video, you can insert the iPad into the space between the square holder and the backpack. If your iPad has a case, you can also put in the back pocket.
Q: How about sun hood?
A: It can also be inserted into the space as shown above.
Q: Can I put the backpack in the overhead compartment on a plane?
A: The general answer is yes for most passenger planes unless the plane is really small (under 20 seats).
Q: Can I put DSLR camera and lens in the backpack?
A: It's not recommended to do so because the compartments are not designed for cameras and lens and cannot provide guaranteed protection. If you have a separate small bag for your camera and lens, and this bag can fit into the upper compartment of the backpack, you may choose to do so.
